Checked in late Monday evening and we were too tired to go back down or call reception to complain about how dirty our room was so went down first thing Tuesday morning to request a full room & bathroom clean which the receptionist noted on the computer, I was in the room Tuesday at 2.30pm when housekeeping arrived, she made the bed, emptied the bins and went, I went back down to reception to report that the room nor bathroom had been touched! She rang housekeeping and said a supervisor would go straight to our room and sort it out, it is now Friday and the room/bathroom is still exactly the same!.
