We called room service and they said someone would get to it. On Nov 2nd we did the Hoover Dam tour and when returned to our room around 5:30 PM we were surprised it was not cleaned. We had a busy agenda for the three days we were there. We booked with the $75 food and beverage credit. Checkin was fine and we quickly settled into our room before venturing out. The first visit was back in April 2019 and we really enjoyed back then so we booked again for Nov 2023.
